Getting started
Complete the short setup, then use Today for the clearest next action. A Daily Check-In helps HAVYT adapt training and recovery guidance to how you feel without asking you to log everything.
No. HAVYT supports fitness and wellbeing and may help you notice patterns in your own data. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Daily Check-In and symptoms
It captures a small set of signals such as energy, sleep, pain, stiffness, and fatigue when relevant. HAVYT uses these entries to personalize readiness, recovery, and training guidance. You can skip anything you do not want to log.
Open your check-in history and select the entry you need to review. If an entry cannot be edited, add the correct information to your next check-in and mention the issue in a support request if it affects your insights.
Workouts and adaptive plans
HAVYT can adjust a session when your recent check-ins, recovery signals, feedback, equipment, or schedule suggest a better fit. The app should explain the reason. You remain in control and can replace or skip an exercise.
Keep HAVYT open briefly after finishing and confirm you have a connection. Reopen the workout history to check whether it synced. If data is still missing, report the bug with the workout date, approximate time, and the last step you completed.
Report a workout bugRecovery and readiness
Readiness combines available inputs such as your check-ins, sleep, recent activity, and connected body signals. It is a wellbeing guide, not a medical measurement. Missing data can make it less specific.
Your own judgement comes first. Complete or update today’s check-in, then choose a lighter session or rest if needed. Readiness can be limited by delayed wearable data and should never be used to push through concerning symptoms.
Apple Health and data sync
HAVYT reads only the Apple Health categories you explicitly allow, and cannot read a category when access is not granted. Writing is a separate, optional permission: if you turn on "Save HAVYT data to Apple Health", HAVYT can save entries you created in HAVYT, such as a workout, food, water or a body measurement. It never copies imported Apple Health data back into Apple Health.
Try these checks in order:
- Confirm HAVYT has permission for the expected category in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
- Confirm the expected data is visible in Apple Health.
- Return to HAVYT and try syncing again.
- Allow time for a wearable to send its data to Apple Health. Some sources arrive with a delay.
Notifications and reminders
Confirm notifications are allowed for HAVYT in iOS Settings, check that the reminder is enabled in HAVYT, and review Focus modes or Scheduled Summary settings that may delay it. Open HAVYT after changing permissions so reminders can refresh.
Check the reminder time and your iPhone time zone. If you recently travelled or changed time zone, open HAVYT once so scheduled reminders can update. Report the issue if it continues.
Emelie and AI credits
Emelie uses the context available in HAVYT to offer fitness and wellbeing guidance. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review important suggestions, and never rely on Emelie for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or medication decisions.
First reopen HAVYT and check your credit balance. If Apple shows a completed charge and the credits are still absent, contact support with the Apple transaction information. Never send a password, full card number, or unnecessary health information.

In HAVYT, go to Settings → Account → Delete account & data. Deleting the iOS app does not delete your HAVYT account. You may be asked to authenticate again. Live account data is deleted immediately, and backup removal normally completes within 30 days. If you cannot access the account, email us from the registered address; identity verification may be required to protect it.
Read the Account & Data Deletion policyOpen HAVYT Settings and find Your data, then choose Download my data. The export is a JSON file and excludes linked-account tokens. In-app file downloads are not currently supported, so use app.havyt.app in a web browser if HAVYT asks you to switch.
App Store purchases and refunds
No. HAVYT’s optional AI credit packs are consumable purchases and do not auto-renew. Consumable credits normally are not returned through Apple’s Restore Purchases flow.
Apple handles App Store payments and refund decisions. Submit your request through Apple’s Report a Problem website. HAVYT cannot approve or issue an App Store refund directly.

Technical requirements and languages
HAVYT supports English, German, Spanish, and Polish. The iPhone app requires iOS 16.1 or later. Keeping iOS and HAVYT up to date gives you the latest fixes and compatibility improvements.
Check your connection, close and reopen HAVYT, and install any available app update. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you have unsynced activity. If the problem continues, report the steps, app version, iOS version, and device model.
