Built for real days, not the perfect ones.

Whatever today holds, it started yesterday.
Your body is not a collection of separate numbers.
Pain, stiffness, mood, food, medication, training, quick taps, not paperwork.
Available sleep and recovery signals can sync through Apple Health. No wearable required, everything can be logged by hand.
Every log lands in one system that looks across your signals, not at each number alone.
Like stiffer mornings after short sleep and heavier training. Hedged, grounded in your own logs, never a diagnosis.
Inside HAVYT today
Pain, stiffness, energy, sleep and mood, captured before your coffee is ready.
Plans that rescale to the morning you actually woke up to.
“Should I train today?”
Your recovery is back near baseline, a moderate session looks reasonable. Yesterday’s stiffness has eased.
A coach that reads your context first, by chat or by voice.
Hedged connections across sleep, stress, load and weather.
Months of logs, condensed for your next appointment.
Nights and readiness, side by side with your days.
73/100Stable
Early context for harder stretches, built for AS and chronic pain.
Tap the spot on the body. HAVYT tracks where pain shows up over time, not just how bad today was.
AS Mode raises the whole app’s sensitivity to stiffness, fatigue and flare-like patterns. It never forks the app, the same HAVYT, tuned to a harder body.
Phase, flow and symptoms, lined up against training, pain and sleep. Yours to switch on, and yours to keep out of the AI.
Sets, reps, load and rest, logged in the fewest taps we could manage.
A full plan built around your goals, equipment and the days you actually have.
Note a meal, move on, and only revisit it when a useful personal pattern appears.
Runs, rides and walks drawn live, distance, pace and route as you move.
Drill from a single number down to the day it came from, training, sleep, symptoms and load, on one timeline.
The rest of the toolkit, already in the app, nothing to bolt on.
Train alongside people who get it, quietly, and only if you want to.
Reminders that fit your day, and a record of what you actually took.
Optional syncSleep · HRV · resting heart rate ReadySync what is available. Add the rest yourself, HAVYT works either way.
Rewards, rethought
50+ badges in the HAVYT collection. You collect them for training and for showing up, and just as often for taking the rest day, pacing through a flare, or coming back after two weeks away.

Your day in one screen, readiness, the plan, and what changed overnight.

Search a food, log it, move on. Macros follow without the spreadsheet.

The week ahead, today’s session, and every set logged in a tap.

Drill from a single number down to the day it came from.

Ask in plain words. She changes the plan, and you can undo it.
HAVYT keeps the context, so you don’t have to.
Who it’s for
HAVYT’s core app is free to use without a recurring subscription. AI features use credits: every account receives a monthly allowance, and optional one-time credit packs are available through the Apple App Store if you want more before it resets. Credit packs do not auto-renew.
No. HAVYT is a general wellness, fitness and self-tracking app, not a medical device or a source of diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Its guidance can be incomplete or wrong. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns and follow their advice over the app.
HAVYT is available as a native iPhone app and as a web app in current mobile and desktop browsers. Apple Health import and iPhone system integrations require the iPhone app. A native Android app is not currently available.
HAVYT supports general fitness users and people managing persistent pain or stiffness, including Ankylosing Spondylitis through optional AS Mode. It adapts to your experience, goals and the information you choose to log, but it cannot assess every condition or replace clinical care.
Yes. Core tracking works without a wearable: you can log check-ins, pain and symptoms, sleep quality, workouts, food and more yourself. On iPhone, you can optionally connect Apple Health so available signals such as sleep, heart rate and workouts can flow into HAVYT automatically.
Training and recovery sessions; walking, cycling and other activities; daily check-ins, sleep, energy, stress and mood; food, hydration, supplements and medication; habits, pain, stiffness and symptoms; weight, progress photos and optional cycle tracking. You choose which parts to use.
Yes. Optional AS Mode uses logged pain, stiffness, fatigue, readiness and flare signals to make suggestions more conservative and help you notice possible patterns. It cannot determine what is safe for your individual condition, so follow your clinician’s guidance first.
Yes. Go to Profile → Doctor Report to create a configurable PDF from your logs. You can choose the date range, sections, level of detail and privacy options, preview the report, and save or share it. Optional anonymization removes identifying details.
HAVYT does not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. AI is off until you enable it; when enabled, the message or item you submit and relevant context are sent to OpenAI. You can export your data and delete your account in the app. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The HAVYT interface supports English, German, Spanish and Polish. Emelie can also detect and reply in the language you write to her in.

HAVYT comes from Habit, we just wrote it differently, because a habit isn’t something you schedule, it’s something you have. We built this app to be the one thing you actually come back to every day, not out of discipline, but out of routine.
